Have you ever noticed that you bond with some people almost instantly? Chances are they are the same primary “personality color” as yourself. You have a lot in common – the way you think, the things you enjoy doing.
Then there are those people who really turn you OFF. You can’t stand to be in the same room with them — and you certainly would not want to go on a 10-day cruise with them! Definitely a case of clashing personality “colors.”
My personal friend and mentor, Michael Dlouhy, explains why this is so the 1st Saturday of every month. He breaks the different personality types down into colors. You have the Yellow, Green, Blue and Red personalities.
The Yellows and Greens will be soft-spoken and indirect (the introverts). They are often the people who don’t talk much. Yellows are the care-takers, the nurturers. They want to help everyone. The Greens are very detail-oriented. They want ALL the information. And they want it NOW!!
The Blues and Reds are very direct, out-going people (the extroverts). Blues never meet a stranger, and can talk to anyone. The Blues are all about fun, fun, FUN! The Reds are more self-contained, and focus on things like money, control, and power.
Michael reminds us that we are all a rainbow of colors. We’ll teach you how to recognize what “color” your prospect is, so that you can focus on bringing out that color in yourself to better relate to them. We’ll show you what to do – or NOT do – when talking with your prospects.
After all, Network Marketing is not about selling – it’s about people and building relationships. People join people – not companies.
I teach accounting and management part-time at the university level. I’ve taught the Meyers-Briggs Theory and other theories of personalities for years. BORING! And hard to remember. Now I’ve found an easier way to explain the various personality types.
My students love it, and I do too. It’s actually fun. And it lets me know how to relate to them and know how to get them interested what we are studying. (Not easy with non-accounting majors in an accounting class!)
It’s helped me tremendously in my Network Marketing business, as well.
Can it help you, too? I think so, but check it out & decide for yourself.
It’s free. It’s generic. No company or product is ever promoted. It’s just a safe place to learn how to become more successful in your Network Marketing business.
What “color” is your personality? What “color” am I? Want to find out?

Very good info Kathy. I must say that I only wish I knew the info few years back when I first started network marketing. Knowing the personality colour of your prospects will help you build very strong network marketing business.

I was recently talking to my oldest sister about the color technology you are talking about. Yesterday she contacted me via email asking for information and wanted to use this in her Toastmaster speech. Not only is this tool great in Network Marketing, but very valuable in our day to day lives.
Thanks for the post.
